With this contract, your educational institution will receive 60 hours of development to solve any STACK issues that may come up. If you don't need all the hours, they can be transferred to improve ILIAS.
In addition, you'll get 40 hours of our excellent technical support over the next twelve months.
Your institution will have an extra 60 hours that you can distribute as you wish between issues resolution, technical support, or implementation of new agreed functionalities in the SIG Mathe, adding these hours to different Crowdfunding projects.
Being an Elite Partner, you're always first, guaranteeing technical support with a maximum response time of 24 hours from Monday to Friday.
