ILIAS8 Compatibility

This Crowdunding project will allow the development of the new branch ilias8_stack2021, where STACK becomes compatible with ILIAS8.

While most of the PHP8 Compatibility rework has been already done in the current ilias7_stack2021 version (previously known as stack_for_ilias7), Since ILIAS 8 accepts PHP8 and PHP 7.4, we should ensure the whole plugin code (ILIAS and STACK Core classes) are compatible with both PHP versions.

We should adapt also the plugin to the changes made to ILIAS, specially to the Test & Assessment module and the plugin configuration.

Despite there are still 5.500€ left, Even if no funding has been allocated, the plugin branch ilias8_stack2021 will release by SURLABS, before the end of June 2023, to ensure early ILIAS8 adopters have STACK available for it platforms.
