DB Rework

The main issues already open in STACK are related to feedback not being properly shown in Test Run / Test results in some cases, or User Results not being exported with the test.

STACK questions, depending on how many inputs and PRTs have, takes between 20 to infinite(*) rows on the main ILIAS test object database table. As this question type can handle more than one user response, each of them with its feedback, solutions, images, and other data stored which should be stored in the DB.

We are currently using a 2014 designed DB structure which can be clearly improved. Allowing us to implement some Features that has been required by the users and were never implements such a Manual Correction or Rendering of STACK question in Test Results even if the user didn't reach the question.
